Get a app or a book and when you wake up write it down but I have really good dream recall so somtimes if I don't wanna do it in morning I'll do it when I get back from school or even days ago

the night with 4 recalled had like, 2-3 lucid.

I kept having false awakenings but my mind kept saying no to me loosing lucidity until I lost it at the end
